AND RELAX...

If you are not looking for a blood pumping action holiday then may some of the more relaxing attractions will entice you away your holiday cottage.

The Stunning Brecon Beacons are within reach for relaxing walks and amazing scenery.

For beaches try the closest (and it's dog friendly) beach to us which is Llansteffan, it is only 11 miles away or Amroth beach that is another few miles along the coast. It is a great example of a classic beach with all the best bits, golden sands and turquoise blue sea.

One place not to miss is the National Botanical Garden of Wales. Come see it is the most visited parkland in Wales. Set in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside, the garden has the perfect blend of both modern and historic attractions.

PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION

Our cottages are really only suitable for couples, or those with very small children. So we are planning some secluded cabins that will be perfect for that large family holiday. If you would be intereted in staying in an eco friendly lodge let us know and we will put you on our mailing list. You will be among the first to know when they are available.

Cycling in West Wales

There are some of the most fantastic, quiet roads in West Wales for you to cycle. The Celtic Trail from Fishguard the trail follows the rugged Pembrokeshire coastline for a mammoth 143-miles, mostly keeping to the traffic-free NCN Route 4. Along the way, it passes through the city of St Davids, the UK’s smallest city with a population of just 1,841 people, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, famous for its puffins, seals and dolphins, and the Millennium Coastal Park.

FISHING IN CARMARTHEN

Carmarthenshire hosts undiscovered beaches and rocky coves, miles of top class salmon and sea trout rivers, trout streams and scenic lakes is one not to be bypassed by any angler or their family. Perfect for all angling requirements - from a day on one of Carmarthen Bay’s Blue Flag sandy beaches with the family catching prawns in rock pools, to trout fishing on the remote and wild Usk Reservoir, to an angler’s treat on a beat of the River Tywi, there are endless opportunities to fish this beautiful and unexplored county.
